Roskies, is a comprehensive review for lawyers and judges to evaluate arguments based on neuroscience evidence. For educators, be aware that there is also a forthcoming neurolaw textbook, Law and Neuroscience, by Owen D. Jones, Jeffrey D. Schall, and Francis X. Shen.
