Anti-bullying — Children with Disabilities

On August 20, 2013, the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services issued guidance to schools and stakeholders about the special issues of bullying students with disabilities, and the school’s ongoing obligation to provide free appropriate public education.  See the DOE blog, Homeroom, here.
