Causes of Delinquency Outside the Child’s Control

Two newspaper articles published this weekend speak to the concept that many of our juvenile delinquent children could easily be classified as cross-over youth (children involved in both the abuse and neglect and juvenile delinquency parts of the juvenile court) or CHINS as easily as labeling them as delinquent.  Often there are things happening in their homes, neighborhoods, families, schools, etc. that help them down the path to juvenile court.
