Law Enforcement Institute on Juvenile Justice

On September 16-18, 2014, the International Association of Chiefs of Police will host a Law Enforcement Leadership Institute on Juvenile Justice in Seattle, Washington, with support from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.  Up to thirty law enforcement executives will be selected to attend the Institute at no cost.  The focus will be on the latest strategies and tools to respond to juvenile offenders and at-risk youth.

The application deadline is Tuesday, May 20, 2014.  The agenda, additional information, and the online application is available here.

Indiana has been involved in some other law enforcement training efforts, including the Strategies for Youth providing law enforcement trainings focused on juveniles in Marion County.
