House Bill 1133 (2015) — Right to Counsel

HB 1133 (2015) would codify Indiana Criminal Rule 25, which is the appointment of counsel in juvenile delinquency cases rule.  While every child has long had the right to counsel under the Indiana juvenile code, both the rule and the bill seeks to give guidance about the waiver of the right to counsel process.
